Recruiting User Overview
Employees use the Recruiting module to perform all tasks related to the recruitment process, such as creating job posts, searching for and selecting candidates, processing job offers, and initiating the onboarding process of successful candidates.
This guide covers all available modules and features, even those that your firm might not have purchased.

From the Recruiting menu, you choose the Recruiting area in which you want to work, such as Requisitions, Candidates, or Résumés. - Recruiting Workflow
A recruiting workflow is an engine that runs the entire job posting-to-hire process. - Main Dashboard
This is the Home screen, which displays after you log on to Deltek Talent. - Résumé Dashboard
Use editing options and actions on the Résumé Dashboard to assess and manage the applicant’s progress in the recruitment process. - Calendar
My Calendar is the main calendar application that holds your upcoming events, appointments, reminders, and training schedules. To provide quick access to this calendar, place the Mini Calendar widget on your dashboard. - Requisitions
Requisitions are also called jobs in Talent Management. In addition to creating and posting requisitions, you can edit them, email details to interested parties, submit jobs to referral programs, add résumés, and more. - Applicants
Use the options on the Applicants menu to view the latest résumés or CVs (curricula vitae) submitted against a job posting. - Candidates
Use the Candidates menu options to manage, compare, and disposition candidates. - Résumés
Use this menu to search for résumés that meet your required job qualifications. You can also manage résumés as they are entered in Talent Management and create pools in which you store résumés for future use. - Contacts
Use this menu to manage contacts. - Monster
The cross-posting engine enables you to easily post requisitions to popular external job boards with one click. - Career Builder
If your company purchased the CareerBuilder integration feature, you can search and import résumés from the CareerBuilder.Com résumé database. - Offers
This menu allows you to view and manage the offers you have extended to candidates, the approvers for each offer (if any), and each offer's current status. - Hires
This menu displays newly-hired employees who are currently in the onboarding process. - Onboarding
The Onboarding feature consists of two screens, the Onboarding Tasks screen and the Active Onboarding screen. - Create TRM Campaign
The Create Campaign screen allows you to create, schedule and send campaigns to specific candidates. - Manage TRM Campaign
You can manage all the campaigns you have published, created, and drafted through the Manage Campaign screen of Talent Relationship Management (TRM) menu. You can also create a campaign from this screen through the Create Campaign button. - Appendix A: Terminology
